Barón de Beldón

Selected from vineyards coming from calcareous and stony soil. Is elaborated with Tempranillo, Monastrell and Syrah variety grapes. Starting with a system of cryo-maceration in the initial phase, later with traditional maceration or carbonic semi maceration, with repairs of the must, controlling the temperature between 20º and 25ºC, and controlled fermentation to 18º.

Red purple of purplish rim, aromas of good intensity with red fruits, menthol and violets. Medium-bodied, tasty and with fruity very agreeable sensations, balanced acidity and good persistence.
